ACCES A LA planing FAMILLIAL POUR TOUTES

Three core components were delivered: • Pharmacist training modules on contraceptive counselling, administration techniques and client-centred communication. • A client record management app enabling secure, efficient and confidential tracking of contraceptive users across pharmacies. • An in-pharmacy service provision box, designed to create a private, dignified space for counselling and administration. Together, these elements form a scalable, pharmacy-based contraceptive service model that enhances women’s access and strengthens the role of pharmacists in community-based reproductive health care.

FHM ENGAGE PROJECT – FAMILY PLANNING

The project resulted in FP Boost—a financial support programme tailored to FP entrepreneurs in LMICs. It combines grants and flexible financing with training, mentorship and business-planning support. Partnerships with local financial institutions and health authorities ensure sustainability and alignment with national priorities. FP Boost is designed to close critical financial gaps, strengthen entrepreneurial capability and ultimately expand the availability and quality of FP services for women and youth.

Leonard Cheshire project – SHR

The team developed communication tools to support both community outreach workers and clinic staff in engaging effectively with people living with disabilities. Adapted clinical equipment and revised spatial layouts were proposed to improve comfort, privacy and accessibility. Clear recommendations were provided to guide clinics in delivering a more positive, inclusive SRH experience—setting the foundation for disability-responsive service delivery across both countries.

Incubator for girl-led solutions in ASRHR

Three concepts were co-created with adolescents and the IDEO design team. These were later adopted and implemented by community-based organizations. The solutions addressed critical gaps in ASRHR information, menstrual hygiene management, economic empowerment and digital inclusion—strengthening girls’ agency while ensuring the interventions reflected their real needs and priorities.
