Conversational Chatbot enhancing qualitative data collection We recommended a multi-stakeholder ownership model along with a sustainability roadmap favouring a SaaS infrastructure.

The Innovators Team platform was successfully soft launched. Various revenue models will result in being independent from just one revenue stream. Two organisations are official partners and five additional organisations are expected to become partners in the coming months.

Feasibility study for a co-innovation platform, including UI/UX, business model and ownership model

The study concluded that a shared, co-owned platform—with a user-friendly interface, a diversified business model, and coalition-led governance—would generate stronger ownership, increase sustainability, and create the enabling environment needed for scaling innovations. The platform was also envisioned as adaptable into a white-label solution, allowing partners to host their own challenges while benefiting from shared infrastructure.

Hackathon: Mapping Accessibility in Rotterdam with Artificial Intelligence developed by uni students.

Datasets were evaluated by training an Inception v3 model on each submission, revealing which group’s data best reduced bias while improving accuracy on a diverse test set. Students gained experiential insight into data-driven design while directly contributing to Rotterdam’s accessibility efforts.
