Over a 6-month period, it facilitated the real-time monitoring of over 18,000 interviews across three states. It also supported automated balance checks and protocol adherence, significantly improving data completeness and quality with no additional overhead.

Conversational Chatbot enhancing qualitative data collection We recommended a multi-stakeholder ownership model along with a sustainability roadmap favouring a SaaS infrastructure.

Feasibility study for a co-innovation platform, including UI/UX, business model and ownership model

The study concluded that a shared, co-owned platform—with a user-friendly interface, a diversified business model, and coalition-led governance—would generate stronger ownership, increase sustainability, and create the enabling environment needed for scaling innovations. The platform was also envisioned as adaptable into a white-label solution, allowing partners to host their own challenges while benefiting from shared infrastructure.
